    Passion, Enthusiasm, Determination and Professionalism will describe Mehak as a unique Mentor and dearest friend. What a wonderful experience it has been to learn the art of baking from Mehak. I was searching for online mentors to learn the basics of baking, one fine day I came across her Instagram page and she was hosting a class on “ Eggless Tarts and Mousse”.. I wanted to attend that session and it was my first class with her 😁. She was everything I was looking for in a mentor. Her teaching methods, her in-depth knowledge of baking, her support and guidance not just in the class but even after the class until you excel in it. Once I attended her class, I decided to take a detailed baking project with her and it's one of the best decision I have ever made. We started off with understanding the basics of baking to some advanced level confectioners. Throughout the process, she was always there as a supporting system and guided me through every single step. The way she had designed my modules was soo much in detail and it helped a lot to go back and understand clearly. Mehak has always been there for me and not just taught me about baking but also has encouraged and motivated me to believe that I can do soo much more.. She is my best mentor and today -one of my dearest friend. There is soo much to learn from her - not only in terms of baking but also as a human how to be always kind and loving to everyone😃. I consider myself lucky enough to have such a mentor in my life and can't thank her enough for everything that she has done to me.

    I know Chef Mehak through a common friend and approached her for one to one sessions in which she helped me with setting up my business, planning my menu, taught me the correct way to do costing and what not. Her patience and way to deal with doubts was impeccable and I am glad that I have such an amazing and supportive mentor in my life.
